Maybe this has been brought up already but thought I'd post anyways... How do you guys feel about having stickers made up of the sites banner the same one that would look like at the top of the page, left side of the screen? It would be great to get the word around about the site, especially if we go to certain events and want the name to get recognized that would also get others to register.. It's never a bad thing. Doesn't have to be anything huge, but a decent decal size would be sweet.. Just an Idea I'm throwing out there, and wanted to throw in my 2 cents.. What do you guys think? |

Kevin,
Thats not a bad idea.....I nominate (Kevin) to get this job done. Lets put him to the test and see if he can actually pass.
If you really want to support the site...buy a t'shirt, we have really cool ones. It's getting to that time of year that we'll be requiring sweatshirts.
Oh ya, you can always purchase your current membership, its $10 to every currently active member. And you can purchase items on the "for sale" section of the site.

Check out http://www.flamingdecals.com/servlet/the-Automotive-Decals/Categories
They have done BPRO decals for us Bonneville guys as well as other car clubs too. They are highly recommended and the guy provides a great product and quick turnaround. Banners, decals, anything you want really. _________________

No Offense Scott, but are you kidding me? From what you wrote your coming off as a little cocky, or perhaps I'm reading your words wrong, if so I apologize. What's up with this $10 to every current active member thing.. I don't recall there being any membership fees.. Your the 3rd one to mention that.. And also where the heck would I buy a t-shirt, as I don't see any links to it what so ever but may be interested in one. And lastly no offense, I have nothing to prove, I just came onto this site to learn more about our cars, and to share the same passion for it like everyone else and meets some cool new people. |

Kevin,
You didn't get the notice...???
I thought americansoldier mentioned the "newbie fee" to you in the Introduction section, no....??? I'm almost positive he did...!!!
As far as the t-shirts, yes they are available....the member selling them has just recently gotten married and he and his wife are on honeymoon - he should be back soon...maybe someone could chime in an get you some better information on both topics...
The newbie membership fees & the t-shirts....sorry about coming off cocky, not at all my intentions....!!!
Just happens you stumbled upon a very exclusive and tightly secretive club. When I first joined you actually had to be voted in by current friends of members on the board of directors. |

Oh I see.. Now that you mentioned it I think he did mention it, I didn't think he was serious, I thought people was just trying to bust my you know what since I'm the newbe.. LOL.. I'm so sorry bro, I apologize.. I'm sure you didn't mean to come on strong.. I feel like such an a$$, wow am I an idiot.. Well I'm sure this can be resolved, by me getting a t-shirt. I so happened to of found this site through a search engine, and decided to check it out. So it's only $10.00 and thats it? Thanks again, and again I apologize on my behalf for the misunderstanding, hope you didn't take it personally _________________

Kevin,
Check your pm - I just tried to explain it better for you there....more appropriate in private then here.....come back and reply after you've read your pm.
-Scott
P.S. It's $10 to each active member....your the 280th member, and there are currently 242 active members....
so your activation fee would be $10 X 242 = $2420.00 |

Hey guys, check with Andrew and John before you have anything made with the logo on the site. It's their site and logo, I forget who designed the banner.
Andrew is on vaca and John shows up from time to time, so wait for them to respond before making anything, just to be sure. _________________ '98 Buick Riviera; Gen V 3.2 pulley, N*, VS Cam, 180 stat, Custom PCM (Powrtuner), headers & HF cat , 42.5 lb inj.
